Safety, in plain words.

SideQuest is a platform for students aged 14 to 18. Every user is another student. Here is how we keep things safe.

Guides are verified.

A guide must finish a quest and pass a short review before they can guide other students. Guides sign a code of conduct and can be removed for breaking it.

Messages happen in the app.

Guide check-ins and replies happen through SideQuest, not private phone numbers. Everything is logged. You can report a message with one tap.

No personal contact details.

Guides and learners never see each other’s email, phone number, or address.

Report anything, any time.

Email safety@sidequest.app. We read every message and reply within one school day.

Parents and counsellors.

A student can share a read-only link to their proof page with a parent or counsellor. Guides can share a verified service hours report the same way.
